Under Armour #HealthyAtHome Challenge

I'm going to guess TWO things about you right now, and if I'm right, you HAVE to do what I say at the end of this post. Okay, you don't have to. But you should. Its for a good cause.

Alright here goes:

1. You've been stuck at home for several weeks now, with limited access to the places you normally frequent.


2. You've seen a mass uploading of home workouts and fitness routines on every single social media or internet platform you scroll through.

Was I right?

Firstly, if I wasn't, I'm shocked. Secondly, if I was, now you have to help me out.

If there's two things I love, its fitness and giving back. Combining the two is even better, and there's 19 more days for you to do just that!

I know everything is a little crazy right now, but there is also a lot of good going on. One of those things is the Under Armour #HealthyAtHome Challenge that benefits a great organization, Good Sports , which provides gear and footwear to youth. All you have to do is join the Challenge through the MapMyRun or MyFitnessPal apps and log 12 workouts by April 21st! For each user, Under Armour will donate $1, up to a million dollars.
