As a fan of this shirt myself, I recommend if you're looking for comfy, soft and breathable. It's great for doing actual workouts and just lounging around, IMO.
I have recently posted a lot in this bra - because it's one of my favorites for a flattering light support top on low impact workout days!

While I don't own the legendary exercise dress, I've tried them on and can confirm it is a great option if you wanna wear a dress but also want to get acrobatic. Very comfortable and some of my OV-loving friends swear by them. Definitely would have my own if I liked wearing dresses!
